Welcome to the studio!

Directions to access:

  • use the access code promptly at reservation start time

  • if using seamless paper roll, please help us try to conserve paper by removing your shoes and pull down the appropriate amount of paper down that you will use.

exit directions:

  • turn off all lights and ac

  • return and secure all rental iteems to their original place

  • if seamless paper roll was used, please use scissors (in drawer in back room) to cut off any areas of the paper that need to be removed.

  • please ensure the studio is clean and ready for the next renter, as we often have back-to-back bookings.

  • cleaning supplies are behind the rear exit door. Please ensure this door is secure upon exit.

  • You can book the studio online through our website. Select your desired date and time, complete the booking form, and make the required payment to secure your session.

  • Your rental includes access to:
    ✅ Professional lighting equipment (softboxes and spotlight)
    ✅ Multiple paper backdrop options
    ✅ Props and furniture
    ✅ A dressing room with a full-length mirror and steamer
    ✅ High-speed Wi-Fi and Bluetooth speakers
    ✅ Climate-controlled space for comfort

  • Yes! Our space has maximum occupancy of 49.

    • Cancellations or reschedules must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

    • Your rental fee can be transferred to a new date, subject to availability.

    • One complimentary reschedule is allowed within 30 days. Additional reschedules require a new booking deposit fee.

    • No refunds will be issued for cancellations.

    • Payment & Future Bookings:
      Failure to complete payment may result in loss of access to The Studio for future bookings.

  • Yes, but please keep food and drinks away from equipment and backdrops. Any spills or damage will be subject to a cleaning fee.

    FOOD WARMING MATS & drink dispensers ARE AVAILABLE TO RENT— see add ons when booking

  • Renters are responsible for any damage to equipment, props, or studio space during their session. Fees will be assessed based on repair or replacement costs.

  • Yes! We offer discounted rates and exclusive perks for monthly members and repeat renters. See our membership plans for more details.
