cleaning
Please remember that you are responsible for cleaning the space at the end of each booking.
it is the responsibility of each client and/or member to ensure the space is ready for the next client, as we often have back to back bookings.
conduct of professionalism
we would also like to remind our members to please be respectful of other clients and/or members bookings.
please do not loiter around the entrance to the studio before your scheduled time. Should you need access to the space before your event, please schedule your bookings accordingly.
should you need access or believe there is a scheduling conflict, please contact monica or ruben via text/call depending on the urgency.

Updates
RENTAL ITEMS- Due to the time, effort and cost maintenance required, we will no longer offer free use of our linens to our members, as of January 1, 2026.
We know that having the ability to access our linen inventory is most ideal for our members, however it is no longer a feasible option due to the maintenance efforts and cost.
As of 1/1/26, we plan to allow members to rent our linens at a discounted rate.
As of 1/1/26, we will also offer members the option to rent a locker, and highly suggest members to purchase their own linens. Our linens were purchased from Amazon; there are budget friendly options for about $40 for a pack of six.

Become an O.G. member— this offer is only valid until December 31, 2025. We are offering our current (non-seasonal) members the opportunity to stay at their current rate of membership, if….
You have stayed current on your membership payments.
You agree to a 12 month commitment. (Same rate, same payment— just a longer term.) Must continue the following month after your current membership expires.
Your membership is in “good standing” meaning you have maintained professionalism with our staff and other clients/community members, and maintained the space properly, per our terms & conditions.
Disclaimer: You must notify us via email that you are interested in becoming an O.G. member by December 31, 2025, for validity of the offer.

The Standard of cleanliness upon exit, is that the space be ready for the next renter. This shall include…
tables & Chairs
tables & chairs must be retuned to the back alleyway at the end of every booking.
floors
floors must be swept at the end of every booking. please mop if condition of the floors is deemed necessary. mopping is required if you are holding classes, workshops and/or events where people are walking through the space.
bathroom
please ensure the bathroom is clean. should the paper towels and/or toilet paper need to be replenished, please text ruben (559) 816-8818 upon leaving.
trash
If the trash can is filled or food/drinks have been thrown in there during your booking, please dispose of the trash in the alleyway before you leave.
security
once all cleaning is done, please ensure the rear door to the alleyway is secured. as well as the main entrance door when leaving.

Hanford Christmas Parade
Friday, November 28 at 6pm
We will be hosting a parade pop-up featuring our seasonal member — THe big buns co with their amazing and huge cinnamon rolls. Our favorite local lemonade maker will also be in the house, nevaeh & monroe cart co, serving up their delectable mini pancakes. We will also be offering specialty hot cocoa in honor of this year’s parade theme… The Polar Express.
Stop by to enjoy a complimentary item from each vendor per membership, as a gift from the studio to thank you for your membership in our space! The only thing we ask is that you post and share each of your items and tag the appropriate vendor (including us) to help collaborate and grow in our local business community.

THE STUDIO IS AN OFFICIAL SPONSOR OF THE ANNUAL WINE & CHOCOLATE EVENT THIS YEAR! WE WILL BE HOSTING A WINE BAR AND A SELECTION OF CHOCOLATE GOODIES TO TICKET HOLDERS OF THE EVENT.
WE ARE INVITING OUR MEMBERS TO JOIN US AS WE MINGLE WITH THE PUBLIC AND SPREAD THE WORD OF OUR BUSINESS AND YOURS!
WE WILL BE OFFERING ADVERTISING TO OUR MEMBERS AND PREFERRED VENDORS THAT WILL PLAY ON OUR PROJECTOR THAT EVENING AND WILL HAVE A QR CODE FOR GUESTS TO VIEW EVEN WHEN THEY LEAVE. AD PRICING COMING SOON….
