Welcome to The Studio! We're excited to host you and appreciate you choosing our space. This guide is designed to help you have a smooth, enjoyable experience while ensuring The Studio remains clean, functional, and ready for every guest.
Please take a few minutes to review the information below before your reservation.

Please Note:
Your access code will activate promptly at your reservation start time and will deactivate promptly at your reservation end time.Your reservation time includes:
Setup
Decorating
Photography or event time
Cleanup
Resetting the studio
Please plan accordingly.

Free street parking is available throughout Downtown Hanford.
Please be courteous of neighboring businesses and avoid blocking driveways or alley access

Press the appropriate confirmation button (if applicable).
Close and lock the door whenever leaving the building during your reservation.
For your security, every reservation receives a unique code.
Please do not share your access code with anyone outside your party.

For the safety and security of our guests, staff, and property, The Studio is monitored by security cameras.
Our security camera system includes three cameras located in the following areas:
Main Studio Space
Kitchenette/Storage Area
Rear Alleyway Entrance/Exit
These cameras help:
Protect guests and their belongings
Monitor the security of the property
Verify reservation times and building access
Assist in the event of emergencies, accidents, damage, or theft
Boudoir Sessions
To provide additional privacy during boudoir sessions, the camera located in the main studio space is equipped with a privacy cover that may be used during your reservation.
If you choose to use the privacy cover:
It may only be used during your scheduled boudoir session.
The camera must be uncovered before you exit the studio as part of your Studio Reset Checklist.
The kitchenette/storage area camera and rear alleyway camera must remain unobstructed at all times.
Important Notice
Security cameras are never located inside the restroom or any private changing areas.
Tampering with, unplugging, repositioning, or disabling any security camera or recording equipment is strictly prohibited.
Failure to uncover the main studio camera before leaving, or tampering with any camera outside of the approved privacy cover for boudoir sessions, may result in additional fees, forfeiture of your cleaning deposit, and/or loss of future booking privileges.
By entering The Studio, you acknowledge and consent to video recording in the monitored common areas.

Please help us keep The Studio beautiful for every guest.
Furniture
Move furniture carefully.
Lift furniture when moving whenever possible.
Return all furniture to its original location before leaving.
Props & Decor
Handle all props with care.
Return all props to the prop alley unless they are part of a Seasonal Set.
Please notify us immediately if anything becomes damaged.
Paper Backdrops
Please utilize the adhesive mat to remove debris from shoes before stepping onto the paper backdrops
Please roll paper backdrops back up after use.
Avoid stepping on unused portions of the paper whenever possible.
If excessive paper is damaged or soiled, replacement fees may apply.
Seasonal Sets
Seasonal sets are professionally designed and should remain assembled.
Please do not remove furniture, décor, or props that are part of a seasonal installation unless instructed otherwise.

Food and beverages are welcome.
Please help keep the studio clean by cleaning spills immediately.
Alcohol is permitted for private events only.
All food and alcoholic beverages must be removed from the studio before leaving.

Children must remain supervised by an adult at all times.
Parents and guardians are responsible for the safety and actions of children during their reservation.

A single restroom is available for guest use.
Please leave the restroom in the same condition you found it.
If additional paper products or soap are needed, please notify us.

A fully stocked cleaning station is located inside the restroom.
All cleaning products and supplies are clearly labeled.
If you notice that supplies are running low or empty, please make a note on the Cleaning Supply Inventory Sheet before leaving.

To help maintain a comfortable environment while conserving energy:
Before leaving:
Set the thermostat to 74°F
Ensure the system is set to AUTO
Please do not turn the HVAC system completely off.

Before leaving:
Turn off all lights.
Verify decorative lighting, ring lights, and equipment have been powered down.

Please:
Empty all trash bins used during your reservation.
Replace trash liners.
Dispose of all trash in the dumpster located at the end of the alley behind the building.
Do not leave trash inside the studio.

Please complete the appropriate Studio Reset Checklist for your reservation type.
This includes returning the studio to the condition in which it was received.
Your checklist will include expectations for:
Furniture
Props
Floors
Trash
Restroom
Thermostat
Lights
Locking the building

Your cleaning deposit will be refunded once:
The Studio Reset Checklist has been completed,
The space has been inspected, and
The studio has been returned to its original condition.
Additional cleaning or damage may result in deductions from the cleaning deposit.

Please remember that your reservation time includes setup and cleanup.
Your access code will deactivate promptly at your reservation end time, so we kindly ask that all guests have exited the building by the conclusion of their reservation.
If you anticipate needing additional time, please contact us before your reservation whenever possible.

You can book the studio online through our website. Select your desired date and time, complete the booking form, and make the required payment to secure your session.

Your rental includes access to:

✅ Multiple paper backdrop options
✅ Props and furniture
✅ A dressing room with a full-length mirror and steamer
✅ High-speed Wi-Fi and Bluetooth speakers
✅ Climate-controlled space for comfort -
Yes! Our space has maximum occupancy of 49.

Cancellations or reschedules must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
Your rental fee can be transferred to a new date, subject to availability.
One complimentary reschedule is allowed within 30 days. Additional reschedules require a new booking deposit fee.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations.
Payment & Future Bookings:
Failure to complete payment may result in loss of access to The Studio for future bookings.

Yes, but please keep food and drinks away from equipment and backdrops. Any spills or damage will be subject to a cleaning fee.

Renters are responsible for any damage to equipment, props, or studio space during their session. Fees will be assessed based on repair or replacement costs.
